The total program fee for 2023-24 intake is HK$ 200,000*. The program fee covers tuition and course materials, excludes books, computer equipment, software licensing, caution money, visa application, travelling and living expenses in Hong Kong, etc.
The program fee should be paid in the following installments:
For full-time students
Upon confirmation of offer: $ 50,000
By Fall term commencement date 2023-2024: $ 50,000
By Spring term commencement date 2023-2024: $ 100,000
For part-time students
Upon confirmation of offer: $ 50,000
By Fall term commencement date 2023-2024: $ 50,000
By Fall term commencement date 2024-2025: $ 100,000
* The program fee is set to be HK$200,000 for the 2023-2024 intake for a total of 31 credits. This applies to both full-time and part-time students. Students who wish to enrol for extra credits or need to retake any courses in the program are required to pay extra fee at HK$ 6,452 per credit. Students are required to settle any outstanding tuition fee before graduation.
Financial Aids
Hong Kong Government's Continuing Education Fund (CEF)
Hong Kong Government's Continuing Education Fund (CEF) is for Hong Kong residents. Eligible students can apply for reimbursement of up to HK$20,000. The MSc Program in Data-Driven Modeling has been included in the list of reimbursable courses under Continuing Education Fund with the QR number 19/000920/L6. All courses of the Program are recognized under the Qualifications Framework (QF Level 6).

Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS)
The Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS) is offered by The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"), which provides financial assistance in the form of loan(s) to eligible students to settle tuition fees of specific post-secondary / continuing and professional education courses studied in Hong Kong.

Students who have the right of abode in the Hong Kong or have resided or have had their homes in Hong Kong continuously for three complete years immediately prior to the commencement of the programme / course are eligible to apply for an ENLS loan to cover their tuition fees. The maximum amount of loan is the total tuition fee(s) payable in particular academic year.
